Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Grant Management (IGM), Indigo Grant has used her expertise, as well as, her passion for music and entertainment, to develop a burgeoning brand. While her master’s degree and background in finance have laid the foundation for IGM, her unmatched work ethic has propelled her client’s careers to new heights. ​Indigo is a versatile visionary who has built IGM into a full-service agency specializing in talent management and development, corporate event production, social media strategy, branding, and marketing. 

She has managed over seven independent musicians and has worked on campaigns for hip-hop stars such as Lil Baby, Cardi B, YG, Tory Lanez, and Dream Doll. The list goes on. The Dream Doll’s catchy “AH AH AH” song became the first hit single Indigo marketed to land on Billboard charts. The rest was history. Indigo has developed strong relationships with some of the top brands and record labels. Some of these labels include: Warner Records, RCA Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Epic Records, Alamo Records, and many more. As the Head of Partnerships and Event Sponsors for Chris Brown’s "Indigoat" tour, Indigo has secured deals with Adidas, Beats by Dre, Apple, Ethika, Balmain and many more companies with whom she still partners. 

While Indigo has a passion for helping artists reach their full potential, she also is a huge advocate for community and community service. In 2019, Indigo organized a charity celebrity basketball game at New York's famed “Rucker Park” in honor of slain rapper, Nipsey Hussle. The well-attended event piqued her interest in sports. With that interest, she put together another tournament sponsored by Puma and Nike at the popular Dyckman Park. Indigo’s athletic endeavors have just begun. She plans to continue to make her mark in the sports arena. Serving her clients and community is this game-changer’s top priority as she continues to deliver results that impact the industry. “When young women look at me as an inspiration, that means the world to me,” Indigo says. “It inspires me to go harder.”
